Latest Bargaining Update:

Yesterday CWA District 1 and IBEW 2213 met with Idearc Labor Relations at CWA Headquarters in New York. Discussion was held on going back to the bargaining table. Conversations were positive and both sides will be getting together later this week to discuss resuming formal negotiations. It has always been the Union's objective to get a fair and equitable agreement for the members of CWA 1302, 1301 and IBEW 2213. Your bargaining committee knows that this has been a difficult time for everyone.

CWA Local 1302 represents the employees of the following Companies:

Local 1302's territory covers the five New England states.
The President of CWA is Larry Cohen, his office is located 501 Third Street NW Washington DC 20001.

The Vice President of District One is Chris Shelton, his office in located at 80 Pine St
in New York City.

The Local's National Representative is, Paul Bouchard, his office is located at 100
Tower Office Park in Woburn Ma.

The Local is governed by the Membership in accordance with the CWA Constitution
and Local By-Laws.

Membership meetings are held yearly on the first Saturday in the month of March.

The Chief Executive Officer of the local is the President, who oversees the conduct of all Local business, subject to the membership and the Local Executive Board.

The President, Vice President, and Secretary and Treasurer are elected at large every three years. The remaining officials are the Executive Board Members who represent
their respective work areas. The Executive Board Members are elected every three years in accordance with the Local ByLaws.
