Are you Entitled to Concession Telephone Service?
Retirees have recently reported to the Associations of BellTel Retirees Inc the loss of their concession telephone service
as a result of moving outside of the telephone service area where thy were employed. If this has happened to you, there is
a very easy way to determine if you are still eligible.
Simply call Acordia at 1-800-898-3886 and, when prompted, provide your social security number and your telephone number
to the customer service telephone service. You can also get information about how to go about receiving it.
For the time you were not receiving concession telephone service and where eligible, Acordia will compensate you for as
many as two (2) years' worth of telephone bills. If this is the case, you will be required to send them all of your telephone
bills for that period.
